The year was 2011. Each day my mailbox was overflowing with Medicare Supplement Plans. I knew that I needed a good plan, but none of the cards appealed to me… so I continually pitched them in the trash! Until one day, I decided to keep one. I made a phone call to Pamela Randall at PRS Insurance Solutions, and scheduled an appointment. She came to the house, listened to my needs, and took great care of me. and six years later, she continues to do so…
I am an Achondroplastic Dwarf, with orthopedic issues. I knew that I needed to find an excellent plan… one the would give me the freedom to go out of state, (where all of my specialists are), one that I would not need approval for every appointment, procedure or surgery, and one that I could afford. Those three things were/are most important, in finding the right plan for me.
Pam came to the house, and immediately we became friends! Pam is an Insurance Broker, and her specialty is finding a plan that “best suits you!” How awesome is that! She is so well knowledged about Medicare, all the guidelines and the many different plans. If she is unable to give you an answer immediately, she definitely will research, until she finds the right answer or solution. She is patient, caring and very understanding. She takes great care of me, and I know that she will do the same for you. She has such a sweet personality and always wears a smile on her face. She is a great insurance broker, and I am so blessed and proud to call her “my friend!”

Dear Daintee,
I felt compelled to write and let you know what an absolute pleasure it was to meet you! You were so well prepared and obviously very knowledgeable in insurance … much to our relief. Remember that Allstate commercial that showed cupped hands and said, “You’re in good hands”? That’s how we feel about you. Anyway, you’re a doll!
I’m sure you get asked this often (especially by nosy people like me), but I’m really curious as to where your parents “got” your name …
Be well,
Jackie

Dear Pamela,
I wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate you and your staff during this transition time in my life. With so much to understand, it seemed overwhelming. You took the time and had great patience with me. The process was finally easy to understand once you explained to me the ups and downs of each option.
I am forever grateful to you and yours.

First I can’t thank you enough for all you have done for S. and me. Pam, you took the time to drive here and spend the afternoon with us. Each time we call, your team is there with help. It’s never a problem for you to stop what you are doing and help.
This has been a very traumatic thing to happen to us. We fell apart and you have helped put us back together. I can’t thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts.
Thanks so much.

Dear Ms. Randall,
After seeing first-hand what cancer can do to an individual (and a family), your cancer policy made complete sense to me. For the mere price of 3 Coffee Lattes a month, I am covered, knowing that finances will be one less thing to deal with in the event of a cancer diagnosis.
You and your staff are appreciated more than you can know.
Blessings,
